Section 4: Tool development

The main objective of this section is to develop prototype or guide tools to meet the needs of operational staff, based on the knowledge obtained and the developments made in the "Knowledge acquisition" and "Modelling" sections.

The list of tools to be developed is as follows :

• Database integrating anthropological resources
• Database integrating historical resources
• Visualisation tool for information on former fires
• Simulator of behaviour and impact of a vegetation fire
• Geolocation tool for fire hotspots by drone
• Guide for supervised burning paths in the undergrowth
